Steak n Berries and Duck Donuts
For opening night we new we wanted food trucks. After going to a few we selected Steak and Berries and invited them free of charge to come opening weekend. We also pulled some strings to get duck donuts there. Our hopes was that we could rent out the food truck spots during the winter time. Sadly, they did not do as well as we had hoped. It was fun for the weekend though!
